Sponsorship Packages

CO-SPONSOR                      $30,000                      

As a conference co-sponsor, your name and logo will appear on all printed and on-line communications and promotions in a marquee position alongside Legent Clearing as a co-host of this event. 

This sponsorship package also includes:

  • Four attendees for all functions
  • Four complimentary hotel rooms (one suite and three superior king rooms included) at The Breakers for two nights
  • Co-Sponsor signage in prominent locations throughout the conference
  • One 15 minute speech at the conference general session opening, with appropriate introduction and recognition
  • A 30 minute presentation during the conference to all attendees
  • Dinner seating preference with key clients and Legent senior management

Your sponsorship package includes:

  • Three attendees for all functions
  • Three complimentary (superior king) hotel rooms at The Breakers for two nights
  • Sponsorship of welcome reception, breakfast, lunch, dinner or other scheduled activity with appropriate signage and banners, and 5 minute speech opportunity
  • A 30 minute presentation during the conference to all attendees
  • Preferred booth location and one 6-foot table in the Exhibit Hall
  • Opportunity to host a pre-announced demonstration/presentation/promotion during the Exhibit Hall hours (your firm’s name, booth location and demo time will be posted on signage at the Exhibit Hall entrance)

This sponsorship package includes:

  • One attendee for all functions (spouse or significant other may attend hosted meals)
  • One 6-foot table in the Exhibit Hall
  • ¼ page ad in conference guide (artwork to be provided by sponsor)
  • Recognition on conference website sponsor page and in selected conference hand-outs.
  • Electronic list of conference attendees provided pre- and post-conference
  • Logo to be featured on all published documents, signs and on home page of website
